Everything listed above is within easy walking distance and are currently being worked on. Imagine waking up on a Saturday and spending the day at Columbus Commons (1 block away) and then on Sunday hitting up the Scioto Mile (again, 1 block away). Also, I don't think people realize, currently, a good portion of the units will have excellent views of the river/parks. And here's the best part, these units are priced to be affordable to young professionals.
The piece that I love, that I think is sometimes overlooked, is that you are directly across the street from the Lazarus building. If you have not seen the Lazurus building up close you might not think this a big deal, but I highly suggest stopping by it. It is amazing and you can see why it won national awards. Plus the ground floor is geared toward retail, and while the spots are not filled yet, if the statement "business follows people" is true, I can't see this staying vacant for long.
At first I was skeptical about this development, but I now see that this could be the spark downtown needs. With a couple hundred people living in the heart of the city within the next couple months, I see big changes coming.
